Masters field: 2026 Masters field: Full 91-player lineup set for Augusta National

The countdown to one of golf’s most legendary events is officially underway as the 2026 Masters Tournament is getting ready to commence at Augusta National in just a matter of days. With the final PGA Tour event before the tournament now complete, the full competitive field has been finalized for the first time.

As the qualification window closed, several pathways such as PGA Tour wins, world ranking spots, past major victories, and special national Open exemptions determined who would get a coveted invitation to Augusta. This year’s edition also extended opportunities by including extra entry spots through various national Opens, further diversifying the field.

A total of 91 professionals and top amateurs will compete for the Green Jacket.

Notable absences from the 2026 Masters

This year’s field will go ahead without two of golf’s biggest global names. Unfortunately, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson will not be in this year’s Masters field, nor will either player be present at Augusta National during tournament week.

Their absence represents a major moment for the tournament, which has historically included both players as leading headline attractions in earlier editions.
