He noted that Delhi, being the national capital, serves as the centre of numerous activities and plays a crucial role in providing direction.
Therefore, having a structure that meets the requirements was essential, and thus, this ‘karyalaya’ (office) came into existence, he added.
Top BJP leaders, including Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, and party chief JP Nadda, attended the inauguration of the RSS office. The inauguration coincided with Shivaji Jayanti.
Built at an estimated cost of ₹150 crore, funded entirely through donations, the complex spans four acres and features three high-rise towers-Sadhana, Prerna, and Archana-covering five lakh square feet. These towers house 300 rooms, office spaces, conference halls, and auditoriums.
The premises also include a library, a five-bed hospital, and a Hanuman temple. A large open space between the Prerna and Archana towers, with a manicured lawn and a statue of RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, will serve as a venue for Shakhas.
