FROM took the world by storm when it premiered in 2022, captivating audiences and becoming one of the most talked about series on the internet.

As it heads into its third season, the series will have its first-ever fall premiere on September 22 on MGM+. And it looks GOOD.

If you remember the second season finale, the town was thrown into chaos, with everyone afraid to fall asleep, genuinely believing they were all about to succumb to the town’s horrors.

Of course, we’re getting a new season, so that didn’t happen.

However, a very eerie energy was still permeating the air, and perhaps the biggest twist came in the episode’s final moments when Tabitha woke up in a fully functioning hospital, seemingly back to normalcy.

It was a massive cliffhanger that has had fans talking for months, and while many questions remain, some answers may be on the horizon, as the newly released trailer provides some significant clues.

The two-minute-plus trailer covers a lot of ground. It starts with a flashback of Tabitha opening the hospital curtain to reveal what appears to be the real world, Boyd and Jade walking down the street dragging a body behind them, and Donna and Boyd talking about an ambush in which Boyd incurred some losses.

From there, we see many scared, exhausted, and pissed-off residents who appear to be going through it even more so than in times past.

The monsters seem more present than ever, with several scenes showing them awfully close to Boyd, Tian-Chen, Randall, and others. One familiar monster even makes a play on Julie and Ethan right at their front door.

Where is the talisman? Does it no longer work? WHAT IS GOING ON?

It’s a chilling look at the season, which has increased the stakes as the town and its inhabitants appear to be deteriorating simultaneously.

When MGM+ announced the Season 3 renewal, a press release revealed: In the wake of Season 2’s epic cliffhanger, escape will become a tantalizing and very real possibility as the true nature of the town comes into focus, and the townspeople go on offense against the myriad horrors surrounding them.

The trailer sets many different things into motion, with Jim and Kenny venturing into the woods, Jade continuing his search for clues, and Tabitha seemingly acclimating to her new surroundings.

The search is on more than ever for that elusive path home.

Season 2 saw so many at their wit’s end, and it’s looking to be much of the same in this new season. Perhaps even worse, as the monsters continue to abound and hope dwindles.

In a voiceover, Boyd says, “This place will not break us,” but you have to wonder if it already has.
