It’s going to be a busy weekend with fun events all around the region.Here’s a look at some of them:There will be a Jeep invasion in downtown Butler, beginning Friday.Butler is known as the “birthplace of the Jeep.” There are a lot of Jeep-themed competitions and events happening all weekend long at Coopers Lake Campground.There will be a free Juneteenth Celebration Concert Friday at the Environmental Center in Pittsburgh’s Frick Park.Before the concert, they hosted a tour through the “From Slavery to Freedom Garden.”The Shop ‘n Save Westmoreland Airshow starts Saturday at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport. WTAE Channel 4 is the media sponsor. The F-16 Viper Demo team will be the highlight of the weekend, along with lots of other historic and modern fighter jetsGates open at 10 a.m. each day, and the shows begin at 11:30 a.m.Country singer Kenny Chesney will return to Heinz field Saturday night as part of his “Here and Now” tour. Parking lots open at 1 p.m. Heinz Field gates open at 4 p.m.Also on Saturday, the first Washington County Pride event is set for noon at Washington Square on South Main Street. There will be art and music by several national and Pittsburgh area performers.Market Square in downtown Pittsburgh will transform into “World Square” this weekend. You can check out food, artists, performances and more from all over the globe.It all started Friday at 5 p.m. and will open at noon on Saturday and Sunday.
