Our Pennsylvania-focused listening session was intended to center and uplift Black Appalachian stories about community, opportunity, and physical and human infrastructure. The Pennsylvania session featured introductions from clean air advocate Melanie Meade and Zabriawn Smith, a community leader with Aliquippa Green. Bishop Marcia Dinkins of BLAC hosted and moderated the discussion.
