GOP candidate for Pennsylvania governor Melissa Hart is expected to drop out of the race today and endorse fellow Republican Lou Barletta.WGAL will livestream the news conference in the video player above when it happens. Barletta will be joined by former Congresswoman and gubernatorial candidate Melissa Hart. Following the press conference Hart will join Barletta at the Westshore Farmers Market along with several state legislators and grassroots supporters.”On Thursday, Pennsylvania state Sen. Jake Corman dropped out of the race and threw his support behind Barletta. He urged other Republicans in the race to do the same, saying, “It’s time for me to step aside and support someone who can win in the fall.”Corman and Hart’s names will still be on the ballot. Pennsylvania’s primary is May 17.
